The VERULAM Group aims to facilitate organisational development and transformational change that is person centred and participative. Building a shared vision, promoting policy led practice and outcome oriented performance creates effective organisations. We consider learning and creativity essential to improve impact. Reflective practice, mentoring and supervision are emphasised as tools for enhancing organisational behaviour and professional practice.

Whether at the level of national policy, institutional relationships, or organisational performance the processes of engagement, interaction and exchange between practitioners, managers, policy makers and the wider network of actors and agents are critical to enabling change and are thus the focus of our interventions.
